When will my order be processed?
Orders are received as soon as you submit your order. We pride ourselves in offering quick processing within 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after the order has processed. 

What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer two options, Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to your order. 

What do I do if I received a defective order?
We're sorry about that and want to make it right! Please see our Return/Exchange Policy page. 

I'm having a technical issue on your site or can't place an order because of an error. Help!
